Shipping is done manually by the internal team. For your peace of mind and ours, all packages are insured. Items are shipped in a padded gift box in a padded envelope.
Domestic Shipping
We deliver our products to your place of convenience. Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and should reach you in 3 to 7 days depending on what option is most feasible for you.
Items that are made-to-order will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship. For more information, please write to us at info@nenepal.com
Inside the state, delivery will be taken care of in three working days and done via various suitable partners.

International Shipping
We welcome international orders. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping and/or insurance. We provide two options for international shipping, by air or by land/sea. By land, it takes about 60 -90 days depending on the country one orders from. The prices are affordable and are calculated at the time of checkout. By air, the orders are dispatched from our end within 3 working days and delivery time takes a maximum of 15 days anywhere in the world. The products reach you in no time. Our international Express deliveries are handled by Nepal Govt. Postal services through its global network of National Postal and Delivery agencies.
First Class shipping to most countries is reasonable in price and is usually safe, but does not allow insurance or tracking. We cannot assume the cost of loss or damage in shipping. Insurance coverage to most countries with Priority shipping is limited to $47. Please do not place your international order through our PayPal checkout system. Instead please contact us for shipping information and to place your order. We will send you an invoice through PayPal.
Shipping rates and regulations vary depending on the country in which we are shipping your item. Because it takes longer to process international orders, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship your order. We make it a priority to get all items shipped as soon as possible using the method that suits you best.
California SALES TAX:
Purchases made by California residents are subject to sales tax.
PAYMENT
Our PayPal secure server will accept PayPal as well as credit cards. Both PayPal and your credit card company protect you and your transaction.
